I went to Las Vegas last week for my birthday, since it’s the 3rd time that I went and always wanted to got tattooed at Vince Neil Ink, I decided to drop in for a visit. For those of you who don’t know, the Mötley CrĂĽe singer has a tattoo shop, and he is not a tattoo artist or greeting customers at the door…he is simply the owner. How could I resist getting a tattoo on the strip, one that was personal and of course based on a rock band.
The tattoo artist’s name was Johnny Law and he was one cool dude. He came to me, asked me a couple of questions, got back 5 minutes later and presented THE tattoo that I wanted. I asked him if he worked that shop because he was a big fan of the Crüe or Vince Neil, but he told me not that much, and that it is more the opportunity. I found a site that seemed to be his, you can see part of his art and I discovered a pretty cool thing, he seems to be doing music. There’s 6 songs on the site (that you can download for free) and it really really rocks.
